The coronavirus has directly impacted students and other communities around the world, and we know that it's been a challenging and uncertain time for everyone. We’re proud to announce the following changes to support you and keep you connected during this time.

Free 60 day line suspension

We recognize the need for many of our customers to return to their home countries early this summer and on short-notice. For those who do not wish to rely on our free data abroad during this time, we are offering a new policy in light of COVID-19. Customers may access a free 60 day line suspension, followed by a $10/month suspension extension to reserve your line and phone number while abroad. To take advantage of this, please log into your account at app.connectedmobile.co, and click 'Suspend Line' in the navigation window. You can choose when to begin your suspension and can return to the window to 'resume' when ready.
